With over 35 years of experience in the Music & Entertainment industry it was a natural step in to helping our local communities. Having just celebrated our 1st Birthday during 'Lockdown' we haven't let this hold us back and continue to grow into the community.
After seeing a close family member suffer after a stroke and noticing how music made a profound connection, we embarked on a quest to set up an organisation to bring sunshine to peoples lives.
We now use this to brighten the days of those most in need.
Why we do what we do - Helping those in the community who need a Little bit of Sunshine.
Your support and contributions will enable us to reach out to the local Care Homes and Support Groups - it's not just singing, we also provide those in need with everything from soft toys to be used as Therapy Pets to Creative Care Packages for the homes to help promote cognitive and mobility skills.
We also try to show the Carers and Support Staff that look after the most in need are just as important by surprising them with treats and gifts.
Your generous donations really will make a difference to those around you.
With over 35 years experience in music and entertainment, it was a natural step in to helping local comunities through music therapy. We have a varied, expericened catalogue of entertainers for every event.
This is a fantistic musical, inclusive, interactive workshop for all abilities.
We can accomodate groups of around 40 adults or children. Boom Whackers are simple instruments that anyone can play. They are great fun and we promise to have you playing a song together in just one session.
Whether its The Andrews Sisters, Frank Sinatra, Elvis or a bit of Abba coming through their Bluetooth headsets, patients are transported through Music, Magic and Memories. Detachment, agitation and frustration are common among those with dementia or disabilities but after a silent disco, patients feel more settled and behavioural issues are reduced for the rest of the day. Our Silent Disco is available either to hire or us to come along and create a party for your group.
With a backdrop of familiar well-known tunes we use
drums, tambourines and other simple instruments
to create fun music therapy sessions with a
little added movement for those that can.
Ideal for up to 15 people - Larger groups can also be accommodated.
